So if it is not part of your menu you don't want to use it? Why did you install it then?
If you do want a menu launcher make one yourself:
Menu, Control Center, Look & Feel, Main Menu, click Internet, New Item and add the command "gnome-terminal -e aircrack-ng".

open a terminal, type "aircrack-ng", what happens?
