Hello, and Welcome to Linux Mint. yes, the package is mint-meta-kde, but the KDE CE needs you to add some additional repos to get the right KDE versions, so checkout viewtopic.php?f=143&t=28765&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=60#p171878 and viewtopic.php?f=109&t=30821
