Can Bianca be upgraded to Cassandra or do I need to do a Fresh install?.

a fresh install is best but the upgrade guide is coming.

After reading the Wiki upgrade entry I decided to do a fresh install.
I could have done the upgrade, but it was quicker to do a fresh install.
