Re: Installing Wifi Broadcom in LinuxMint KDE
Thanks RamDelgado for the tip. I was wondering why my card was working out of the box with the main edition and not with the KDE edition. Now I have my answer. I hope this package won't be forgotten in the next release ...

Re: Installing Wifi Broadcom in LinuxMint KDE
I am using Linux Mint Gloria KDE and am trying to install this driver on my computer.
I installed the 32-bit driver from the link in the first post, made the folder, untarred it etc. I get an error in one of the instructions. When I type
modprobe lib80211
the terminal responds
FATAL: module lib80211 not found
that can't be right, can it. Is there a fix for this?
