Okay, I have two partitions, Mint7 Gnome and Mint 8 RC1 KDE. I want to transfer the
data from the Mint 7 partition to the other. There's not that much (bout a gig) and I know
I could burn it to disk and transfer it that way.
But I want to know how to access one partition from another.

Re: How to transfer files from one partition to another
Hi
If you go to Menu, computer, this will display all the partitions on your drives. You should then be able to copy and paste your files from one partition to the other.
