Hi, I am running Linux Mint on my laptop inside virtual box but it doesn't detect my graphics card, Nvidia 8400 GS, I downloaded envy but all drivers had a red cross so I assume that meant they wasn't compatible.
Is there any way to get the correct drivers for this card installed?

If I'm not mistaken Virtualbox doesn't use your actual graphics card but pulls from your RAM for video memory and then uses a generic driver inside the virtual environment.

ok, thanks, is there any way to get visual effects enabled (not important but would be nice) as it doesnt work, says cannot be enabled.

Judging from the lack of replies it's not possible, which is what I figured anyway.
