Multiple screen on screen desktops in one desktop?

Postby Panther on Sun Dec 13, 2009 11:51 pm

Can there ever be all the workspace desktops in one screen, like 4 screens on screen TV, which could be separated back to the conventional workspace switcher, but all in one screen for when the user wants it that way to enable user to drag items from one workspace to another?

What you're looking for is called expo (in Compiz). If you have Compiz enabled, try hitting <Super> e. If that doesn't work, go into the Compiz Settings Manager and enable expo.
