Some applications doesn't start from Mintmenu

Postby Zenigata on Sun Dec 06, 2009 5:33 am

Hi,
I've installed "Boot-up manager" and "Ntfs-config" from Synaptic but, for a mysterious reason they doesn't start from Mintmenu. I have to open control center to launch them. Why? Is this a bug? I use Linux Mint 8.

Thanks.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

It doesn't relate to the programs you have installed but it might be the same problem

Yes, it's a similar program but the solution doesn't work. I still think it's a mintmenu bug...

I've hit the same snag today, but the ntfs-config starts from terminal without a glitch. So it might be a mint-menu issue after all. Just start it from the terminal, you probably aren't running it all that often.

It was a bug. Yesterday I submitted the issue that has been resolved very quickly by Clem in Mintmenu 4.9.3.
