MintUpload Error 550

Postby BigTA78 on Tue Jan 12, 2010 12:42 pm

Hello
I am trying to set up Mint Upload, but failing miserably.
I am trying to set up a transfer to my folder 'Tony' on my ftp site. I have rw access to this folder. I know the ftp sever is active as I can connect using Nautilus and FileZilla.
I am using the following settings in Upload Manager;
Type: ftp
Hostname: myftpsever.com <- The name of my ftp server
Port: 21
Username: username <- My username
Password: ********** <- My password
Timestamp: %Y%m%d%H%M%S
Path: ./Tony/ <- The folder on my ftp server I want to put data into (i.e. myftpserver.com/Tony/)

Each time I drag and drop a file into the Mint Upload I get an error 550 Requested action not taken.
What gives?
Thanks in advance

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

I see
Path: ./Tony/

There's a dot before the /
Could that be it?
And I think there's a setting for passive mode - try that

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
