Error 403 Forbidden

Hello again,

I've installed Linux Mint on a friend's Netbook, same as mine, Packard bell dot m (GMA 500 Graphic Card) so I tried the same instructions that I tried on my netbook (which actually worked). It all consisted in typing "sudo apt-get update", then "sudo apt-get upgrade", then I had to restart. When I rebooted my PC i have to open the terminal again and type "sudo wget http://gma500re.altervista.org/scripts/poulsbo_ppa.sh && sh ./poulsbo_ppa.sh"
Then I would reboot again and the drivers would work, but this is what actually happens

Any simple way to do this again? Husse linked me a solution in the previous topic I made linking an old topic but that was the same package to download after all.
