Webcam only working for installed user

Hey all.

A friend has bought a webcam and that is working with the first user with the "cheese" software.

Any other user on that PC (3 of them) can't :(-
(Got a "testpicture" instead).

Any suggestion(s)?

It is supposed to work within aMSN as well for at least one of the 3 users.

Its is mint 8 32-bit version
