I had made a big mistake when I installed mint. I had made a swap disk at 32 GB HD and it's too much.
Can it be done so that I attach it to the 116 GB I have the general HD can be corrected and added to? Oh, how it destroys so everything?

Re: big mistake when I installed mint
Wouldn't it be easier just to re-install and delete/re-create the partitions? Failing that you can boot from the livecd and change the size of the swap partition with gparted partition editor. Not sure what you mean by the rest of your post.
[Edit] your original post and add [SOLVED] once your question is resolved.

May find out that the partition is changed in size without making mistakes afterwards? no it's not easier to delete all it takes days to put on again.
Windoes might meddle with the sizes but the mint, it is not known

If you boot into a Live CD Session (or USB) you can use the partition editor to re-size the partitions, reduce the swap and increase a partition into the vacated space.
It's simple to do, but as with all partitioning, make sure you have a back-up of all your files before starting.
