changing automatically Times Zones KDE clock

hi,
i use Mint in KDE liveUSB version. Each time it starts i launch a script to set again all my personal options.
Well, at starting, KDE panel digital clock displays -1 hour respect Rome hour.
So, what line have i to add in my script to display automagically on KDE panel digital clock the true (Rome) time?
