How to stop removal of flatpak themes?

how do I stop updates from deleting the icon sets that I actually use?

From which application is this screenshot taken?
When you run flatpak update in the terminal, does it also suggest deleting this icon set?

This was from the update manager. I don't use terminal , too easy for me to screw something up.
