On default I got the same error, changed to some local and same error, my guess is because it start with http instead https, but not sure
Tested switching to https and the same error

Are your time & date set correctly? I'm guessing they may not be especially if you dual boot with Windows:

Sometimes repositories are down for maintenance.
Best strategy is wait a while and try again.
Otherwise you can select different sources

probably, since on error it ask to wait 1 to 3 hours
