I'm getting X crashing when I start amule minimized.
amule has a start minimized option.
during amule startup screen will flash and then error out to slim.
Solution is to modify amule setting to start minimize = false
Anyone else getting this glitch?

So you have a working workaround?
I have not seen any reports about it - that is not to say it does not happen

Hello, in the latest weeks when I started aMule 2.2.6 on Kubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat, I suffered extended flashing dekstop for several seconds,
Xorg did never crash, but very annoying for me an the tft I guess.....
Immediately after I edited amule.conf:
StartupMinimized=0
the flashing at aMule startup disappeared.
