based on Debian, via Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft (but compatable with repositories for 7.04)

This is said about Cassandra. Well Cassandra is based on Feisty (7.04) not Edgy.

there is little about Linux Mint that could not be achieved in half an hour from a default Ubuntu install.

What about mintDisk, mintWifi, mintMenu and more....
I don't know how Clem would feel about this

But the review is favorable

I see to my surprise this in the release notes for Cassandra - it's there because Clem sort of tried to say too much in one sentence...
