Hi when I try to capture video using kino I'm getting the typical :
DV1394 kernel module not loaded .....
I try running linux under root, same .
what is the dif under ubuntu is working perfect, is this a problem with mint ?
or how can I fix it?
please help me

sounds like the install did not work properly.

you can manually load the module with:

sudo modprobe dv1394

if this works you can add the module to the /etc/modules file.
this will load the module at boot.

Hi Boo,
thanks but is not working :cry:
I have reinstall kino like 3 time the last vercion that i have installed is the 1.0
and nothing seams to fix it
