Just go to Preferences -> Sessions
and then click "New", Use Beryl Manager or something similar for the name, then use
beryl-manager
as the command.
Click OK and the next time X starts Beryl Manager should start.
You can check this by holding down "Ctrl" and "Alt" and then hitting the "Backspace" key. This restarts X.
How do I get Beryl Manager to start automatically on boot?
