I installed Linux Mint Fluxbox (had to do something - network was bombing before). Every time I open a home folder, the window is cut off at the top.
I can't move the window normally (grab top of window) nor will holding the ALT key + move cursor works (as for other distros on the eee). I did a google
search and only find ALT+_ move cursor works. What is the command?

That's interesting because holding Alt and the left mouse button has always worked for me in Mint 8 Fluxbox. Which exact model of eee is it?

I'm running an 701 4G linux eee netbook - 7" wide - the first eee on the market. The lspci data is

Btw, I also tried CTRL + ALT + move mouse w/o success.
I'm looking at menu -> preferences -> key binding and I see nothing about moving window. Do you have something? If so, what
are the settings? Worse still, I can't add a setting to this window because I can't mopve the window.. Now it's stuck there.
So whatever I do have to be via terminal or a different window.
Incidentally, I do not see move window on the desktop (which also have LM Fluxbox), but the ALT + move mouse works.
Do I have the correct window?

Instead of hacking, I decided to use Linux Mint LXDE which works snappy enough on the 701 eee. (Linux Mint GNOME was too slowt).
So you'll see me on the LXDE forum every now and then.
