What do you mean by losing your mouse? Has your mouse stopped functioning (and did it work before)? Has the mouse pointer disappeared? Have you physically lost your mouse? (In the last scenario, we can't help you ).
The exact brand and model of your mouse will help us troubleshoot your problem. I'm going to assume it's a USB mouse (correct me if I'm wrong), so please paste the output of the following terminal command:

I see in /var/log and dmesg there are no message error for mouse.
I have a switch and usb connect for keyboard and mouse.
When, i switch it, i have not mouse and not keyboard.
