According to his wacky view of the world because envy is already present in "Bea" it should auto-launch, auto-install all the needed drivers, and everything should be finished upon first login. He doesn't (want to) understand why this isn't done yet or why it doesn't work that way. All in all this guy is very unpleasant to deal with and plenty of swear words come to my mind.
