where's the recycle bin in mint kde?

I don't have my KDE DE booted up right now, but believe the answer is the same for KDE as in Gnome. It's called Trash and is on the menu. You can also configure the desktop to have a Trash icon through the control center.

Edit// Ok that seemed too simple... However, right mouse click on the desktop pops up a menu with a selection to undo trash after moving a file to trash.

i just searched everywhere in control center and cant find it. can anyone help?

Menu --> Dolphin File Manager. On the left side of the panel Trash.
