Fresh install on my new Vertex 2 120GB. Damn LMDE is a fine OS. Only thing it is lacking is a 64 version and then it would be perfect for me. In the mean time I will just use half of my RAM but that is no big problem. Got most of my problems fixed now except for some minor things like problems with Japanese fonts.

I barely did anything to it. As opposed to every other OS I have ever tried I liked the stock skin etc. I'll be around here more often I geuss. I am going to stick with LMDE for a while. Might be fun to actually know how to use something properly instead of hopping around every few weeks.

I have read a few reviews which commented on how green the Linux Mint distro was, as in too green. Well I have green for you. Didn't change the wasllpaper, but I did play with other aspects of the desktop. I used Oscar's icons - Any Color You Like. And the color picker tool for text and borders.

It sure is K-ON. Found a way too lange 16MB PNG on Konachan when I was looking under the tag Akiyama Mio. Currently I have something a little more Mint like. I also felt like not making it a 2MB screenshot this time.
