I installed Mint Debian last night and can't get my wireless going. I checked the output of lspci and I have the BCM 4312 driver. I believe I need the Broadcom Sta driver but I am not having any luck yet. I installed it via broadcom's site but it is not in the firmware folder. I tried the fwcutter feature and it did not help. Thanks for any help with this issue. I really want to use this distro.

Re: Help with wireless driver
I am not able to get my wireless going with this command:
sudo modprobe -r b43 ssb wl
Can someone tell me what to do to make it run when I power the computer on instead of having to put it in terminal each time? Thanks.

Re: Help with wireless driver
Robin AKAIK the only way to get broadcom drivers to work in LMDE is to follow EXACTLY the steps listed on the debian wiki you will be using the directions for squeeze.
