Hello there!
Well here I am, after some searching and countless distribution installations.
As I see it, this is what Ubuntu should have been, clean fast no fuss.
I'm not completely new to the Linux scene, but more like someone who takes it for a spin once in a while. My first distribution was suse linux 6.3, a long time ago!
From then on it was on and off, now I'm keeping this installation for a while. The goal was to do some Perl programming, or rather learn how to. Shame Padre seems broken.
Ill be hanging around here from now on for some time, see u in the forums!
