Hi there, so when i open my menu and select places/homefolder or places/desktop
i get a message:
could not open location 'file:///home/vgforce/Desktop/
no apllication is registered as handling this file
anyone know a way to this ?

Try this from a post on the Ubuntu Forums:
Alt+F2 and in the window that opens, type Nautilus
When the file browser opens,right click on a folder and select Open with Other Application and then select File Browser then Open.
You should now be able to open folders in the Places menu.

Hello there, Thanks for trying. When I did what you describe I got:
Could not open location 'file:///home/vforce/Nautilus'
Error stating file '/home/vgforce/
Nautilus': No such file or directory

sorry, it work XD. linux wouldnt register Nautilus, but nautilus work XD woot. Thank you so much
