Re: Clem on The Linux Links Tech Show
Am getting "The file you requested could not be found" or "The server at mike.myin2net.com is taking too long to respond" for all the links..would have loved to hear the Maestro speak...

Same here, but maybe they aren't active until the podcast goes on? It's a live show.mzsade wrote:Am getting "The file you requested could not be found" or "The server at mike.myin2net.com is taking too long to respond" for all the links..would have loved to hear the Maestro speak...

Nope, still "file you requested could not be found"; unless i am mistaken all Linux mint podcasts are audio.

I installed Kitty from the repos and was able to listen to the podcast.

Re: Clem on The Linux Links Tech Show
Checked it out, requires a lot of Kde libraries and stuff, was hoping to keep my newly installed LMDE with gnome desktop, somewhat light and uncomplicated with all that. Silly of me, i know, but i am afraid to mess up anything before i am fully acquainted with the edition. Googled for similar gnome based applications but couldn't find any. Please let me know if you know of one.tdockery97 wrote:I installed Kitty from the repos and was able to listen to the podcast.
Edit: How come i can listen to this without any additional software (bear with me, i don't know anything about podcasts or their requirements): http://www.tllts.org/audio/tllts_378-12 ... is+Feed%29

SO that is what you--Clem--sound like...
Really nice and informative. It's gonna be a really great Christmas should 64-bit LMDE manifest before 2011!
Well done to Clem and the Mint team!
