This isn't Linux Mint specific as I also witnessed this in a straight Debian Squeeze install also.........
When enabling transparencies, the Window List remains non-transparent. What am I missing or forgetting. Is this a bug?
Never did this in any early versions of Ubuntu (pre Lucid)

Seems to depend on the theme you use - some it works, some it doesn't.

Thank you. It is theme dependent. Seems to be all of the Mint styles. I worked around by changing themes and customizing to my liking.
