More info: The Debian Unofficial source generates a error--I would not use it at this time.

I think it was craigevil who showed me this list generator a good while back on the Debian forums. It can be quite handy, but as you noted, one of the entries is already outdated.
Current hardware: a Dell OptiPlex 3010 desktop, a Dell Inspiron 531 desktop, and a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop.
Current OS: LMDE 3

I have used the Debian SourcesList Generator in several occasions.
As a way to update my sources.list (repros)

There is, also, an Ubuntu version.

Debian > http://debgen.simplylinux.ch/

Yes--I've used the Ubuntu generator for some time now---thought it was post-worthy to note about the debian one---Do you have a more up-to-date source for the Debian unofficial?

craigevil (moderator from the Debian User Forums) has, and maintains, the most up-to-date list of Debian repositories available.
