As the title says, LMDE makes me happy. ... I can't figure out where Ubuntu is going, I just don't want to go with them.

But don't forget that Mint started as a fork of Ubuntu and wouldn't be here if not for Ubuntu...

After 10+ years of messing with various distros LDME has given me the one I want to keep ... thank you Clem and group for your expertise and vision!

LMDE (or whatever 'you' call it) . . . is a "keeper"

Just figured Id point out theres another happy LMDE user here. Been almost exclusively on Debian Stable. Both have their strengths and weaknesses. I think this may be my choice OS for a desktop!
