When you have installed Bianca Grub had to settle itself in the MBR and to see the other systems installed. So normally at the starting of your PC should see you all OS installed and you should be able to boot the OS that you want (at boot type the Esc key to see Grub) If not you must add them in /boot/grub/menu.lst

Dual core is something completely different from dual boot!
Dual core is something that some Intel CPUs have (even quad core) dual boot is what you're talking about drives partitions and the like :)
