Is there any way to install LMDE using a CD or CDs rather than a DVD? I ask because I'm trying to burn the iso to a DVD and it's taking many hours. I'm guessing it's the wrong type of DVD but having as little money as I do I can't afford to buy new DVDs.
Please don't suggest I use a USB flashcard. Something's wrong with it and I can't figure out what.

Re: Installing LMDE with CDs
I guess there's no easy way. There's a way given using GRUB but it's fairly complicated and as a relative newbie I don't feel comfortable trying it.
I'll just have to wait until I can afford another USB flash drive. They're not that expensive anyhow.
Thanks again wayne, I do appreciate the link.

I broke down and bought some blank DVDs. Debian is def the way to go. Much more informative and easy to use. My thanks to the people behind it.
