Help with partitioning

I wonder if it is possible to split up (make more partitions) after installation?

This is what I have today:

I would like to know in what size and what kind of partitions.

I would like to have /home as it own partitions and I assume boot should have one?

Shouldnt there be one swap aswell?

You should read my help (link1).
When did you install LMDE? I'm asking this, because it could be easier to make a fresh, clean installation.
It is possible, to move /home to a separate partition.
If you need swap, depends on your hardware, RAM and if you want to use "suspend to disk".
The best way is to create partitions before installing: a partition for root ( 8 - 15 GB), swap 2 or more GB, e.g. 1.5 * RAM, home as you want.
How did you get this /media/home?

thanks for your answer. Ive installed it yesterday!

The home is just a label (I think) on the partition thatś not boot.

I was very excited to install the system late last night... I thought I give it a try before making it my "real OS". But I really loved it! Im keeping it!

So when I installed it I just wanted it to work, and I didnt bother to make any efforts making the partitions correct

Please help a Geparted newbie to get it right from where I stand...

I really don't know what you want and I don't know enough about your hardware.
Please answer my questions or ask what is not clear.
You did the installation yesterday, so I would consider to make a new installation.
I would help to partition before installing.

Edit:
Before you create partitions you should inform you about swap:

I never used an own boot partition (except on an old Fedora installation, where it was recommended, but not necessary).
Apart from that the steps are okay.
