WHERE IS CLEM?

Postby manny on Sun Jan 02, 2011 9:25 am

I don't want to be alarmist but I noticed the stats for November has not been posted yet, no Xmas messages to the community, no responses from Boo about KDE10, it seems no one is available in Linux Mint lately. I subscribed as an sponsor with a modest monthly contribution and not acknowledgement received. I don't know what to think about but an small note from any one at Mint would be much appreciated by the community, I guess.

Linux Mint really rocks!!!

For the moment they have some stress, they lost there development Server, had some Problems with the 32bit DE Version.... and more other problem.

I do not think that there is something to be alarmist, and don't forget they have a personal life too.

As little Sponsor too, I appreciate that you join the Financial-Mint-Helpers :-) Happy new year :-)
Sorry for my BAD English!!

The mint team has been going through some tough times lately, and the problem with the (former) latest LMDE x86 ISO hasn't helped. Clem has kept the blog updated, and has replied to a number of comments. He obviously just hasn't got around to posting the donations statistics yet. If you send an email to root [AT] linuxmint [DOT] com you may be able to find out when he plans to post them. :)

I realize they been very busy with the new releases, also they are entitle to their private life which every one in here respects so much. I only have great consideration to what they are achieving and by any means I'm not demanding results. I just feel part of the Mint family and I noticed something missing and just wants to know in case they need our help.
