Hello. I am using LMDE. I have three users (accounts) in my box, two of which are barely used.
I had some problems updating packages this week: basically, VLC dissapeared, and the laptop's keyboard stopped working. Took me awhile to get it back.
And then, yesterday, I found out that one of the users' home directory was suddently empty: the user is still there, the home folder is still there, and the first level folders (Desktop, music, etc.) are still there. But everyting in them has dissapeared. There is nothing in the dustbin folder. EVERYTHING EMPTY.
Anybody can help me with any idea as to what happened, how to recover my stuff, please?
Thanks.
