Hello All

Post by wobblybob »

I'm Martin [wobblybob] from Hull, uk, I've been using Linux since 2007 and have used Ubuntu Gnome up to now but have decided that Unity is a step too far :) So here I am downloading Linux Mint Debian xfce on Torrent with 90 minutes to go so I guess I'll be testing it on my day off on Wednesday. I've been using Xubuntu since Ubuntu Natty alpha 1 but like the idea of a rolling Debian install. I'm looking forward to testing Mint and to hanging around in the forum when I have the time. Thanks for reading my first post..

Thanks 4 That, I hope there are more than 2 of us using Mint in the UK :D

Just loaded Mint Debian Xfce onto my testing PC today, it's very nice looking, and no major show stoppers yet so I'm gonna start making it my own and see what happens.
