Im almost here!
Very happy to make this switch and say goodbye to windose. I have been tinkering with Linux for the last couple of years, and think its time to move. Got a lot to learn but I am ready. On a dual boot with XP but will be totally Mint by Monday, yeaaa! Looks like I will have to get a party organized for this special occasion, because I love parties.

Welcome to the Mint forums jefmil50. I'm sure you will also want to visit our Mint Community Website at http://community.linuxmint.com/. You will find real-time help in our IRC channels. Just go to Menu>Internet>XChat IRC and when you open it you will automatically be taken to our #linuxmint-chat and #linuxmint-help channels. Have fun with Mint.
