Hello everyone. I arrived on Linux Mint World a few weeks ago from the Land of Ubuntu. I'm not sure how long I can stay -- indeed I shouldn't be messing around in forums but rather finding myself a job.
I've been playing with computers for some time now, but I can't say they're as much fun as they used to be. My first proper program for work was written in 8086 and had I guess 4KB of RAM and 16KB of EEPROM, and my favourite machine was a PDP-11/44 running RSX-11M -- my, how we celebrated when we upgraded from 256KB to 512KB so that all four of us could edit at once rather than each taking a non-edit day in turn.
Anyway, great job all the Mint contributors. Congratulations!
