Help haven't got a clue what I am doing.
Have just installed Gammu amd don't know how to run it from a terminal.

did you check out the home/wiki for it?

It looks like there are GUI for it too. so you dont have to use the command line.
you could also try:
man gammu
that will give you the manual pages for it.
