Can't remember how to upgrade (Mint 8 to 10).

Postby albrtijo on Mon Apr 25, 2011 10:24 pm

I've been away from Linux too long, I cannot process upgrading from 8 to 10. I downloaded 10 twice and lost it trying to get to installing. I want to upgrade from 8 to 10. Please help before I surrender to being feeble. I've searched for info on the process, but came up empty. albrtijo

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Actually in a lot of peoples opinion and better judgement would direct you to a clean install (after backing up the important stuff first) jumping 2 releases like that in my estimation may leave you feeling feeble in the end anyhoo with all the breakage that may occur.
