Linux Mint Offical Logos

Postby merlwiz79 on Sat Sep 27, 2008 6:06 am

Hopefully this will give more people the ability to do some Linux Mint artwork.
The original log was created by carlos and is currently the Linux Mint logo.

Here is a modified leaf icon made by cathbard that I made into a complete logo set like above.

To get a KDE logo use the link above.
The KDE logo was made by gadi and the second one was made by cathbard

The Linux Mint KDE logo is now:

Well that is what I used for Linux Mint 9 KDE and now 10.

Cool thanks for the logos.
Just turned to mint and wanted to make a wallpaper and theme for the new install :)
Maybe an icon package if I get bored and create hundreds of icons for a package lol

I just modified the logo and put some real mint leaves in it.

Here's the SVG.

I'm trying to find a linux mint logo to use on my site for a referral but I can't seem to find any live links that still work. These sites that make you wait for the download is not helping. Please use a proper file host such as your own server or someone like photobucket or imgurl or even dropbox. They don't place expiration dates on the files like the "premium" places do and they are free with virtually unlimited bandwidth.

The one above me isn't what I'm looking for... is the site logo usable?

This is almost what I was looking for when I was making the header image for my new blog. (Whoops! I forgot to udpate my signature to show the new blog.) I was looking for the silver version of the logo that's been used on wallpapers but I was able to find a white one that did the job. Thanks for posting these links so we can find them more easily.

Perhaps this? No stars and bars or black background.

Thanks. I can take or leave the stars, and I love it without the black background. Now to decide where I'm going to use it.
