Mint 10 KDE: Create network connection to bluetooth mobile

My netbook is setup to multi boot Linux Mint 10 with GNOME, LXDE and KDE editions. When I boot both GNOME and LXDE editions, I am able to use bluetooth to create a network connection to my mobile phone. However I cannot do this under KDE edition.

When I setup new bluetooth device under GNOME or LXDE editions, after successfully pairing the mobile phone, I have the option to select additional services to use with the device, PAN/NAP and DUN. However under the KDE edition, after successfully pairing the mobile phone, I am not given the option to select any additional services. The device is still listed as a phone, and I am able to browse files, but I am not able to create a network connection.

Make sure kbluetooth is installed. Open Software/Package Manager, search for kbluetooth, and if it's not yet installed, install it and reboot.

Thanks for the suggestion AlbertP. I searched the package manager but could not find kbluetooth listed. I also tried to use apt-get from terminal but was unable to locate the package. Is this app included in the default repositories?

From the list of installed packages, it appears that bluez is the installed bluetooth tool.

Bluez is a system program that is needed for Bluetooth, you need a KDE front-end for it to be able to use it.

And the program you need is Bluedevil. I'm sorry, I gave you the wrong name.
