[SOLVED] Where did "software sources" go?
I just noticed that "software sources" is missing from my menu (both in "settings" and in "systems"). I am assuming a recent update did that, as I used to have it. Can anyone tell me how to get software sources back as a menu item?

This will bring up the Software Sources GUI:
But really, what's the point when you can just open up /etc/apt/sources.list in a text editor?
Code: Select all
gksudo software-properties-gtk

If you right click on the menu there's an option to edit the menu and turn things on or off.

In the gnome menu, yes. Not in the standard xfce menu tho.
