MagicJack - Linux Mint 10 and Ubuntu via VirtualBox

I will readily admit that I have used guides and resources from anywhere and everywhere. Once in awhile I find an area where I can contribute, and try to as best I can. I looked around the web and really didn't find anything concrete on how to get MagicJack to work with Linux via VirtualBox, I did see some misleading statements to the fact that VirtualBox-OSE does not support USB's, this is false. There's really no trick to making it work, just follow the steps in the guide.
