I just wanted to tell you that on http://linuxbasics.org/ a Linux Beginners Course Online is offered for free.

Some of you might be interested.

wow, I wish I had had that when I started out, instead of learning linux from DSLinux...

The course starts 8 November, registration is open and consists of signing up for the forum. Several people, including myself, have indicated they are using Mint for the course. :D
