What's that blue line doing there?

What's that blue line doing there?

This is my first time using Mint and it's great! Although, I was wondering if I could edit out the thick blue line which spans the whole left side of any drop-down menu like in Daryna's main menu. It doesn't look good when I click on any one of my bookmarks in Firefox since the blue line overlaps with the bookmark favicon making it look very ugly. Do any of you get the picture?

That's dependent on the theme you are using, try switching themes to see if it goes away.
