Atheros AR9285 in LM11

I been using LM for years , but this time , i had to return to the last distro because the wifi in my Sony Vaio Y series no go .. the wifi card is a ATheros AR 9285 ,


Does someone could help me to put this card to work ?

its a kernel regression just update the kernl if there is an update otherwise compile and install a kernel yourself mate
had that issue myself

This command solves the slow internet on AR928x cards in Mint 11 (edit: also works in other Mint versions).

I registered just to thank you, AlbertP. I was about to throw my wireless router out the window because I just knew it was biased against my computer.

For me a router replace solved most internet problems but I do not have an Atheros AR9285 in my laptop.
