[Solved - Indirectly] Picasa - Ink/Toner Levels: 'media-jam'

I was hoping that someone may have an answer to this issue. After installing Mint 8 fresh, everything has been running smooth, except the printer. When I try to print a test page - it works fine. It will also print fine from OpenOffice. Yet when I try to print out pictures from Picasa it gives me the following issues.

Dialog box opens and says:
"CUPS server error - There was an error during the CUPS operation: 'client-error-document-format-not-supported'."

also it shows:
Under Printer properties > Ink/Toner Levels> Status Messages> Printer 'Photosmart-C3100-series':'media-jam'.

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts on what I might be able to do to fix this issue. I am not sure what is going on here.

Sorry no one has answered your post before. Are you still having this problem? It sounds like you have the wrong paper type/size selected in the application?

No worries. I ended up upgrading to the newest version of Mint and it fixed the problem. I am unsure what was the real issue. So I can not give feed back to why it happened or how to fix it.
