One is Google Earth. Use it at least 3-4 times a week. The other is Wine 1.3.x. Gotta have my Pokerstars and Angry Birds.

Abiword/Gnumeric, and Gnucash.
Xournal for keeping written (yes, hand-written!) notes and annotating pdfs
Seamonkey (Iceape) in place of Firefox and Thunderbird because it's alot lighter and faster and does almost all the same stuff (including extensions).
Audacity for editing music (a choreographer's ally).
